After beginning her career at a boutique wealth management firm, Lauren saw the need for accessible financial planning and developed a practice as an independent financial planner—specializing in the money topics that matter most: financial organization, realistic budgeting, goal planning, debt repayment, and career advancement.

Lauren is a Teach for America alum, and still enjoys spending time in the classroom teaching financial literacy workshops across the country. Recently, she spent six months studying Spanish in Colombia and is still trying very hard to correctly pronounce ahorrar, which means to save. Once she masters that, she’d love to teach financial literacy courses in Spanish as well.
